REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.  However, we take pride in our food, and we strive for excellence in our service. We understand things don't always go perfectly.

Exclusions: We cannot offer refunds for orders where the wrong address was provided by the customer or for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Refunds: We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full/partial refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

Food Quality: If your order is incorrect, please contact us within one hour of receipt.

​Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if we haven't started preparing the food.

​Reporting Period: Any issues, discrepancies, or dissatisfaction regarding an order must be reported to the Company within twenty-four (24) hours of the purchase time. Reports made after this window will not be eligible for review.

Discretionary Resolution: Refunds, credits, or replacements are issued at the sole and absolute discretion of management. Submission of a complaint does not guarantee a financial remedy.
